Travel WODs

With the holidays upon us, many of you will be traveling away from the box. This does not mean you have to stop working out and lose all the progress you have made at CFE! Coach Michael wrote a few WODs you can do on your own with no equipment needed. We’ve also included a link to website dedicated to travel WODs. Keep that body moving!

Burpees & Situps

4 rounds:
50 walking lunges
25 push ups

5 rounds:
30 seconds of high knee running in place
10 Hibberty Jibberties

7 Rounds:
1 Minute Run
1 Minute Squats
