Happy Labor Day! Join us at 7am Monday at Postma Elementary School playground (18425 Wast Road) for an outdoor WOD (bring your own water). Immediately after we will be walking over to the Towne Lake triathlon race route to cheer Coach Michael on. If West Road is closed, please park at the far end of the Lone Star College parking lot.
