I CrossFitbecause it pushes me outside my level of comfort as far as trying to lift heavier and trying a new movement. I get a natural high from reaching a new PR or crushing a workout that I was hesitant to do.
Like others I CrossFit because I want a firmer body and to have a healthier lifestyle. I know in the long run a little bit of pain everyday will mean taking fewer medications when Im older and living longer.
Lastly and weirdly enough I CrossFit because its fun (well not burpees those are never fun). I enjoy the 4:30 CrossFitters and all the coaches who make showing up more fun. The coaches are always in a great mood and love sharing their passion for the sport!
