  1. I wanted to thank Coach Michael´╗┐ for the great mobility work yesterday. The past 2 months I’ve had some severe pain in my foot thinking my stress fracture was coming back / didn’t heal correctly and was becoming arthritic / I was going to need to have my foot reset.

    I was not excited. I’ve done almost everything I could think of – rest, scaling for no hard impact, new shoes, braces and supports. Nothing worked.

    Yesterday Michael showed us how to use the lacrosse balls to roll out our feet and how we can use these during the day at work. Immediately after I was walking normally and this morning I would say I’m dang near the most pain free I’ve been in awhile. Goes to show how mobility work can make a huge difference! Thanks again!!
