Amanda came to CFE wanting to change her eating habits and lose weight. She worked with Coach Courtney for four weeks on her nutrition along with attending group CrossFit classes and personal training with Coaches Brooke and Michael.

In addition to her weight loss and inches lost, she gained some valuable knowledge:

” I noticed it curbed my cravings for sugar & junk food. Eating out doesn’t really appeal to me anymore. I feel more focused & have more energy. I’m eating more than I used to & can still drop weight with out starving myself. Feels like I’m learning more about balancing my food throughout the day. That if I mess up & make a mistake (either by choice or not) just get back on it the next meal!”
