STRENGTH:
Deadlift 1×5 @ 80-90% of 5RM

WOD:
In teams of two perform a 15 minute AMRAP of:
Complete 50 double-unders (100 singles) while partner performs “Gobbler” squats (44/35#). Keep a running total of squats.
-THEN-
Rest 2min
-THEN-
Both partners perform 5 minutes of partner jump over burpees for max reps.

Total score = gobbler squats+ total burpees.

In teams of two perform a 15 minute AMRAP of:
Complete 25 Box Jumps (24/20″) while partner performs “Gobbler” squats (44/35#) Keep a running total of squats.
-THEN-
2 min rest
-THEN-
Both partners perform 5 minutes of sit ups. One partner works at a time while other partner holds ankles down.

Total score = gobbler squats+ total burpees.
