QUESTION OF THE DAY: For those of you doing the LuRong Challenge, which has been your favorite WOD and which has been the most dreaded WOD?
I would say WOD 1. I believe it is both the best and worst together. It was the longest and probably the toughest, but in turn it challenged us and I was very pleased with my results in # 8.
