Question of the day: Now that you’ve experienced a few days of the wod not being posted until the morning of, did it affect you differently? Did you like not knowing? Hated it? Indifferent?
Have to say, can’t stand not knowing what’s coming up next. But it was good to shake things up a bit
I liked not knowing the WOD! Makes it more interesting and fun! Even though it’s fun no matter what.
I’d rather know the night before. There are just some things I rather do in the mornings versus the afternoon. Like Max effort running would be a morning WOD, Annie- an afternoon WOD.
