– 200m Farmers Carry (both partners complete with ONE KB or DB 45/35#)
– 80 SQUATS (Partner holds 45/25# plate overhead)
– 80 HAND RELEASE PUSH UPS (Partner holds L-Sit)
– 80 SIT UPS (Partner holds top of Push Up)
– 80 LUNGES (Partner holds Side Plank)
– 80 BURPEES (Partner holds bottom of Squat)

QUESTION OF THE DAY: Who all asked their BFF to come today but they said they were scared?
I asked my friends. My friends are pathetically lazy. The same friends who always tell me they need to “start” working out. News Flash…. You actually have to get off your ass to want to “start” to work out…. Venting.
I had someone who said they were coming. Then bailed on me at the last minute.
