In teams of two:

AMRAP in 25:00

****at 8:00\18:00 minute mark both teammates run 400m****

20 Box Jumps (24/20#)

20 American KBS (53/44#)

20 Sit-ups

20 Jumping Lunges

20 Ring Rows

20 Push Ups

20 Goblet Squats (53/35#)
The athlete that begins the 20 reps must complete the 20 reps and you must switch each exercise.

Example Round 1 – Partner 1 Box Jumps, situps, ring rows, goblet squats and Partner 2 does KBSwings, jumping lunges, push ups.

Round 2 would then switch with partner 2 starting with the Box Jumps etc…
