Question of the day: Do you talk yourself into not doing a WOD that you might not like after you look at it here?

  1. Psych!!! You got me… I had to read it again. lol No, I say bring it. I like to know what to be prepared for especially shoes for running or lifting. However when I saw 1000 squats, it did cross my mind.

  2. Omg I had to reread it! 1000 squats would have taken some serious talking to myself. 🙂

    I like to know and on occasion I grunt inwardly but know I will feel great when done.

  3. I like the idea of not knowing till you arrive, gotta be prepared for anything! ( I also carry a gym bag with shoes for running or lifting )

  4. Knowing… not knowing prior… The WOD is what it is. I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of a WOD and said to myself, “That was easy.” I know going in, its going to be a challenge, but i wouldn’t have it any other way. Just have to bring it every damn day whatever WOD it may be.

  5. I like knowing ahead of time. I usually set a goal of X number of WODs that I want to complete during the week. So it works both ways. I read it and usually say I better go today because tomorrow might be 1000 front squats.
