You know since I started crossfit, I don’t have the time or energy to get stressed out. I really have become calmer and more relaxed. I think the workouts get rid of a lot of the stress, and just seeing everyone and saying hello makes my day.
More kettle bells. Really? My arms are about to fall off
See I am venting as we speak
My ways of de-stressing is exercise. I know when I haven’t I am easily stressed. Also, venting to a friend is always great too.
Go running. Whenever I’m really stressed go for a nice long hard run really makes me feel better.
I listen to music – the right song can change my mood in an instant. : )
