  1. You know since I started crossfit, I don’t have the time or energy to get stressed out. I really have become calmer and more relaxed. I think the workouts get rid of a lot of the stress, and just seeing everyone and saying hello makes my day.

  2. My ways of de-stressing is exercise. I know when I haven’t I am easily stressed. Also, venting to a friend is always great too.
