Bring The Heat 2014 WOD 4 (Time)

Team of 2 (male/male or female/female if possible)

50 Plate (25#) facing Burpee
50 Thrusters (95/55#)
80 Ball over shoulder (70/50#)
50 Thrusters
50 Plate facing Burpee
Can substitute SDHP w/ KB (53/44#) for Ball Over Shoulder and must turn around after each SDHP

QOD: This has been asked before, but since they are both in this wod it’s worth asking again…what’s worse, burpees or thrusters?

  1. Thrusters make me cringe! However, it’s a good workout and I know it does the body good. I don’t mind the burpees anymore…I’ve come to peace with them.
