I am doing the LuRong paleo change to focus better, have less anxiety, sleep better, have more energy, and maybe do yoga better. I have ADD so sometimes it`s hard to focus in school & stuff so hoping it`ll help. Lately and growing up, I had insomnia so drink chamomile tea but doesn’t always work. I sleep less than I used to since work mornings now been wanting naps even though don’t have time sometimes. I also want to get stronger to pick up kids & stuff since I work at a daycare.
I am doing the challenge so I can feel better..tone and to see if I can 🙂
