  1. I usually end up falling asleep in my recliner around 9:30 PM and end up on my bed by 10:00 PM.

  2. I like my beauty sleep! I try to get 8 hrs most nights but sometimes 7. Depending what’s going on with the kids but we are in bed by 8:30 and doze off about 9…hoping the WOD gets posted. Wink wink.
