CASH IN:
One team member runs 200m while other holds plank position. Every time person falls out of plank, the running partner owes 5 squats upon his return while other partner still holds plank.
Then 4 Rounds of:
50 Med Ball Partner Sit Ups (20/14/10#)
40 Partner Slam balls (slam the ball down and across to teammate and catching on the bounce)
30 Burpee Jumpovers
20 Partner Pistols (alternating reps with teammates holding opposite hands and balancing each other)
CASH OUT:
200m Partner Run. One partner must carry med ball, the other must carry slam ball.
Time is called when 2nd partner crosses bay door.
