10 each Partner Backward Med Ball Toss (work on extending hips)
10 each Partner Forward Med Ball Squat Toss (work on chest up)
20 Partner Med Ball Sit Ups

4 x 200m Sprint (Time)

30 sec rest between sets
Record best time

Bear Complex (5 Rounds. Each Round = 7 Sets)

Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Second Push Press
*Increase load after each round, try not to set down bar between sets
