05.18.13 Saturday “BFF WOD”

WARM UP:
2 Rounds
20 Jumping Jacks
15 Lunges
10 Hand Release Push Ups

PRE-WOD FUN:
Musical Med Balls
Prize awarded to the last athlete standing (or in this case sitting)!

Team WOD 2 person teams:
5 rft:
20 partner med ball sit ups (20#/14)
20 partner squat forward pass
20 partner standing med ball russian twists
20 partner backwards pass
200m partner med ball run
If med ball hits the ground at any point (except for sit ups), both team members must do 2 burpees.
Time is called after both team members cross bay door.
