SKILL:
1 Power Snatch + 1 OHS + 1 Squat Snatch x 3
Warm up with 3 sets with empty bar first.
Increase weight if technique is solid each set.

WOD:
8 Minute AMRAP:
1 rope Climb
3 Box Jumps (24/20)
6 KBS (53/35)
9 Russian Twist w/ KB

AP:
3 x 10 KB Tea Pots each side
