Advanced: Accumulate 100 DU as few sets as possible
Intermediate: 100 DU, focusing on Sets of 10 at a time
Beginner: Work on DU

WOD:
EMOM 20 minutes:
Volume Strict Pull Ups
Volume Air Squats 5 reps ea min
*Beginner: 2 reps first 10 minutes, 1 rep last 10 minutes (30 Total)
*Intermediate: 3 Reps every Minute (60 total)
*Advanced: 5 Reps every minute (100 Total)
