Station 2: 20 Single Arm KB Push Press (44/35#) (10 Right+10 Left)
Station 3: 30 DU / 90 SU
Max rounds and reps in 24 minutes. Run does not count in scoring!
*Both partners stop working at the stations and run 200m at:
