WOD: DECK OF CARDS!
Group will be divided into 6 teams.
Each member of each team will complete all reps of the card drawn. You cannot move on to the next card until each team member completes all reps. If a team member is not able to complete their reps, another team member can do their reps for them. But if they do, they must throw one chip in the pile every time someone fills in for someone else.
Once the entire deck is completed, the team calls time. Score is for time and # of chips in the pile (the fewer the better!). 40min Time Cap. Add one minute for each card remaining in deck.
JOKERS (2) = All team members run 200m
ACES = Your team must perform the previous 2 cards showing (excluding Aces)
KINGS = 10 REPS
QUEENS = 10 REPS
JACKS = 10 REPS
CARDS 2 thru 10 = # OF REPS
HEARTS = Burpees (because you heart them!)
DIAMONDS = Sit Ups
CLUBS = Air Squats
SPADES = Stationary Lunges (1 ea leg)
