WOD:Total of 21min AMRAP
Team of 2
First 7min = KBS (53/35#)
Second 7min = DB Row (35/25#)
Third 7min = Burpees
P1 does 1 rep, P2 does 1 rep
Then P1 does 2 reps, P2 does 2 reps, etc.
Until you hit 20min
Both team members must use same size KB and DB’s.
SCORE is total number of rounds completed.
