Follow the Leader
In teams of 3-4(depending on # of total athletes) the athlete can only move on if their teammate in front of them has completed their movements.
Team Member A starts at KBS, Team Member B starts at Push Ups, Team Member C starts at Squats.
Each member of team must complete the entire chipper ONE time.
Time is called when the last team member working has completed the entire chipper.
All 3 (or 4) team members CAN work at the same time.

50 Russian KB swings (53/35#)
25 push-ups
50 DB Squats (45/30#)
25 T2B
50 Sit Ups
25 Burpees
50 Lunges
25 Slam Balls (30/20#)
400m Run w/ Wall Ball (20/14#)
