WLCstampIn 11 minutes:
800m Run
50 Sit Ups
75 Squats
100 Push Ups
As many Burpees in remaining time as possible
Score is total combined reps completed
For example: if you get through 800m run, 50 sit ups,
75 squats and 67 push ups, your score is 192.
