Then each partner throws the sand bag overhead and backwards as far as possible. Person who throws sandbag does 2 burpees. Alternate partners.
Throw the sand bag a total of 400 meters between the team.
Cash out:
40 Partner Leg Lock Sit Ups w/ Slam Ball (25/20/15#)
30 Partner Squats
20 High Five Push Ups
