3 man (or woman..no bias here) buddy WOD.
There are a total of 6 stations consisting of one movement and one static hold.
One person holds the static hold (except for med ball toss) while the second member performs the movement. The third person rests(cheers)!
When the static hold is broken or you decide to switch, you switch until time for that station is called. Work will last for 5 minutes at each station. There is a 1 min rest between stations.
The stations are:
1. 2 person Med Ball Toss
2. Row for Calories / plank hold
3. Toes to bar / single arm DB OH hold
4. KBS / bottom squat hold
5. Slam Ball / hang from bar
6. Box jumps / V-sit hold
