Muscle-ups (progressions)

Tabata Sprints
Athlete will sprint (max efffort in 20sec) between bay door and end of building
rest for 10 seconds, repeat for 8 cycles.
Athlete does not have to rest in place, but must start sprinting again after
10 second rest period
Score is number of times you make it to each end of 200m mark. To end of bldg=1, To line at bay door=1
On last round if you don’t make it to line, rep is not counted.
