After five years of CrossFit in four different boxes, no programming has ever pushed my strength or technique further than this course. In just six weeks, I’ve already seen gains in my overall cardio, strength, and increases in a variety of max attempts. The strategic course progression coupled with the awesome coaching has allowed me to push past previous plateaus in strength and skill I was unable to overcome. The immediate and individualized feedback Coach Michael provides has helped me to become aware of many of the bad habits in my lifting form. The constant focus on technique reinforces using the most effective muscle groups to move the weight around safely and efficiently. I would recommend this course for anyone, regardless of experience level. If you are new, you can learn fundamental skills that apply to all CrossFit movements. If you are experienced, then you can focus on skills and strength there isn’t enough time for during a traditional CrossFit class or make technical improvements you may not even know you need. I have had a tremendous amount of fun taking this course and intend on signing up for the next session to continue making awesome gains!
