Boot Camp is held Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m. This is the class to in be if you desire an all-women environment, high-intensity cardiovascular exercise, and a fantastic community of other supportive women looking to get into great shape.
Our classes are designed to help you shed body fat and feel your best. Boot Camp is CrossFit without the technical Olympic lifts. We focus on getting the heart pumping and the calories burning.
