BOOT CAMP

This 45 minute class is specifically for those looking to easily & quickly get back into a workout routine, get in shape & tone up!

*No barbells used in class.

BootCamp is held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m.

Our classes are designed to help you shed body fat and feel your best. Boot Camp is CrossFit without the technical Olympic lifts. We focus on getting the heart pumping and the calories burning.

Boot Camp is the place to be if you are looking to get a good workout in and have a great time doing it!
