I had tried a couple of free CrossFit classes throughout the years, but never actually joined a box and decided to continue my gym routines. Later on, my husband joined his second CrossFit box and I cheered him on through the 2016 Open workouts. I saw how motivated and excited he became around his fitness goals and decided to join the hype.
I have always been more focused on the physique results from working out, but now after almost a year of doing CrossFit I’m migrating towards SMARTer fitness goals.
The WODs are challenging and test my limits, but I look forward to pushing through the WODs with my husband and new friends.
With practice and hard work I know I will continue to reach and surpass my goals.
